Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms for all services provided by Travelers Express Moneygram – Phone Equipment and Systems Service and Repair via the website temgservice.com. 1. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in U.S. Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and approved business checks. Payment is typically due in full before service delivery unless a formal service contract outlines different terms. Invoices must be settled within 15 days of issue unless otherwise stated.

2. Deposits and Service Authorization

For complex repair or installation projects, a deposit of up to 50% of the total estimate may be required to initiate service scheduling and parts procurement. Clients may be asked to sign a Service Authorization Form prior to commencement of work.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule service appointments at no charge if done more than 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 20% of the service cost to cover administrative and scheduling expenses.
  • Failure to be present for an on-site appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits paid.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are granted only if service is not delivered due to an internal error or inability on the part of Travelers Express Moneygram to fulfill the contract.
  • No refunds will be issued once services have been performed, equipment has been configured, or parts have been installed, unless defects are reported within the warranty period and verified as service-related.
  • Partial refunds may be considered if only a portion of the agreed service has been completed and the remainder is canceled by mutual agreement.

5. Warranty and Rework

We offer a limited service warranty of 30 days for repair work. If you experience technical issues related to the initial service within this period, we will re-evaluate and perform necessary corrections at no additional cost, where applicable.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the quality or outcome of the service, please contact us in writing within 7 days of completion. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter, which may include partial credit, rework, or service review. Legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal statutes.
